Had JT Plumbing out to fix a clogged sewer line. Ended up having roots in the line. The plumber, Cody, was great. Very helpful, explained things and good attitude. Would have been 5 stars except there were some unresolved communication issues about a missed appointment, dispatcher promised a return call to reschedule that never happened. Cody showed up the next day and finished the job though. Thanks!
